1. JOB LINKS Outsourcing service
1.1. Payroll calculation
Based on the monthly work data (working days, working hours, overtime, salary, etc.) provided by the client, we will calculate the payroll for the employees on behalf of the client, in compliance with Vietnamese law. We also calculate social security contributions and PIT (Personal Income Tax) on behalf of our clients in accordance with Vietnamese laws. We can also solve problems such as your employees working overtime at the end of each month for payroll calculation, or not being able to average their workloads.
1.2. Outsourcing
We can
handle not only payroll calculation but also Outsourcing. By providing one-stop
outsourcing service there is no need to worry about compliance risks in the
field of HR management in Vietnam, where compliance risks are high. For
example, by concluding a service contract between JOBLINKS and the client, and
an employment contract between JOBLINKS and the contractors, we can also
perform employment on behalf of the client. The client can give the employee

By utilizing our one-stop outsourcing service, JOBLINKS is able to make monthly payroll payments on behalf of our clients to contractors who have employment contracts with JOBLINKS, and comply with the payment schedule. Clients can focus on more value-added, profitable activities.

We manage the in/out process in compliance with Vietnamese law, employment contracts, and handle the complexities of social security registration and de-registration that occur when employees in and out of the company. We also handle PIT (Personal Income Tax) payments on your behalf. Clients can focus on their main business instead of spending a huge amount of time on complicated Vietnamese compliance.
2. What is Outsourcing?
JOB
LINKS outsourcing service provided not only payroll calculation but also
employment services on behalf of our clients. This outsourcing service is
mainly for customers who already have the local entity in Vietnam (stores,
restaurants, factories, etc.) or who have decided to expand their business to
Vietnam. After contracting the master service agreement between the client and
us, we conclude an employment contract with the employee designated by the
client, and the client can outsource to JOB LINKS the payroll, social security,
and personal income tax (PIT) calculations, payments, and other complicated
tasks that do not directly lead to profits for the company. In addition, the client can outsource HR and
labor issues that arise between the employees and the Vietnamese authorities,
thereby reducing compliance risks. The client can give practical directions and
orders to the employees.

3.1. Basic Plan(Only Payroll calculation)
The Basic Plan is the simplest plan that provides only payroll calculation services. Based on the data provided by our clients, we calculate payroll, send pay slips, calculate personal income tax (PIT), and calculate social security contributions.
3.2. Standard Plan(Including Prepare bank transfer request forms)
The Standard Plan is a service that includes Prepare bank transfer request forms. Based on the data provided by our clients, we calculate payroll, send pay slips, calculate personal income tax (PIT), calculate social insurance premiums, and prepare bank transfer request forms. The preparation of the bank transfer request form is necessary for the company to pay each person's salary, and is a very detailed and time-consuming process, including confirmation of the amount and transfer payment address.
3.3. Premium Plan(One-Stop Outsourcing service )
In addition to the Basic Plan, the Premium Plan is a one-stop Outsourcing service services. Based on the data provided by our clients, we provide one-stop services including payroll calculation, sending pay slips, calculation of personal income tax (PIT), calculation of social security contributions, preparation of bank transfer requests and various procedures related to employment (preparation of employment contract templates, social security in / out procedures, etc.), and payroll transfer on behalf of our clients. 4. Monthly Process
4.1. Basic Plan(Only Payroll calculation)
STEP 1: Each month, the client sends us the data of the contractors.
STEP 2: We calculate the contractor's salary, social security contributions, and personal income tax (PIT). After the payroll calculation is completed, we will send the calculation results to you.
STEP 3: The client will confirm and approve the payroll calculation results.
4.2. Standard Plan(Including Prepare bank transfer request forms)
STEP 1: Each month, the client sends us the data of the contractors.
STEP 2: We calculate the contractor's salary, social security contributions, and personal income tax (PIT). After the payroll calculation is completed, we will send the calculation results to you.
STEP 3: The client will confirm and approve the payroll calculation results.
STEP 4: After client approval, we prepare a bank transfer request based on the payroll calculation results.
4.3. Premium Plan(One-Stop Outsourcing service )
STEP 1: Each month, the client sends us the data of the contractors.
STEP 2: We calculate the contractor's salary, social security contributions, and personal income tax (PIT). After the payroll calculation is completed, we will send the calculation results to you.
STEP 3: The client will confirm and approve the payroll calculation results.
STEP 4: After client approval, we prepare a bank transfer request based on the payroll calculation results.
STEP 5: After receiving the invoice, the client pays us the amount of the invoice.
STEP 6: After receiving the payment from the client, we will prepare a bank transfer request and make the payment to the contractors in compliance with the agreed schedule to the contractors.
